The South Bay Bar Association established the Lawyer Referral Service over 25 years ago as a community service for residents of the South Bay of Los Angeles.

State Bar sponsored referral assures strict guidelines for all participating attorneys including active membership and good standing with the State of California. All participating Lawyer Referral Service attorneys have agreed to a maximum fee of $50 for the first one-half hour consultation.

The Lawyer Referral Service has attorneys who are experienced in all major areas of legal practice. An example of the areas of experience that are covered include: criminal law; family law; insurance law; employment law; personal injury; probate, wills and estate planning; real property law; and landlord/tenant law.
